Director of Operations
Josh started out in the hospitality industry over 23 years ago as a part-time as a Guest Services Representative with a major hotel brand and that is where he found his career creating memorable experiences for all guests.
His experience ranges from a General Manager of multiple Timeshare Resorts, Assistant General Manager/Food & Beverage Manager of a resort-style adult community of 3,500 homes, as a Property Manager, Concierge, to operating the day to day functions for large
vacation rental agencies as the Director of Operations. While working as the General Manager of a 5 Star Timeshare Resort in Big Bear Lake, CA for Fairfield Resorts, he was awarded the "Silver Ardy - Resort Management Under 250 Units" and was runner-up for
the "Gold Ardy" out of over 300 General Managers by ARDA (American Resort Development Association),
Josh operates the day to day functions of PSVH and the overseeing guests' satisfaction, maintenance at all homes, to conduct and oversee the daily home inspections for arriving and departing guests to maintain the highest level of quality at every home in
our portfolio. His strong multitasking skills and is extensive knowledge in the field of estate management makes him a major resource for all homeowners and guests staying with us.
Tamara’s vast experience in a range of different businesses makes her a great asset and the key player in Palm Springs Vacation Homes. Businesses can only thrive when someone with a wealth of experience in maintaining their accounts and is able to speak to
their work at the drop of a dime; Tamara has proven to do all this while setting up and running multiple, successful businesses. In addition to her extensive knowledge within accounting, Tamara has also held her real estate license for 27 years and has worked
for agencies such as ReMax where she was awarded for having the most homes sold in 2005.
Tamara’s experience, combined with a passion for numbers and first-hand knowledge as a homeowner client, provides her the ability to make informed decisions and work closely with homeowners as partners and assist them as she would care to be treated and
As a homeowner client himself, Randy knows what great customer service is and what homeowners expect from their management company. In addition to being a homeowner-client, Randy is also a very successful businessman and owner of our local Coachella Valley
George Brazil Services and has grown his plumbing, heating and air conditioning business for over 21 years. Since opening his business in 1994, Randy has worked with some of the most prominent businesses and residents in the Coachella Valley and understands
the importance of integrity, quality service and reliability.
Randy has now taken his experience and business expertise to develop a strong management team to take property management to the next level in vacation rentals and there is no doubt that with his leadership, homeowners and clients can both expect to receive
